BabyGames is an educational app designed for children aged 2–5 years. We take children's privacy extremely seriously and comply fully with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation for children (GDPR-K).

What BabyGames does NOT do

No data collection: BabyGames does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information about children or their parents/guardians.
No third-party SDKs: The app does not include any third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or data-sharing SDKs of any kind.
No data transmission: No user data, device identifiers, behavioral data, or any other information is sent to our servers or to any third party.
No account required: BabyGames requires no account creation, login, registration, or subscription to use any feature.
No in-app purchases: There are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content within BabyGames.
No sensitive permissions: The app does not request access to the device's camera, microphone, location, contacts, photos, or any other sensitive system resource.
No advertising: BabyGames contains no advertisements, promotional content, or links to external websites or app stores.
No behavioral tracking: We do not track, profile, or monitor how children interact with the app.

What BabyGames stores locally

BabyGames stores only the user's language preference locally on the device using standard iOS UserDefaults. This preference never leaves the device and is used solely to display the app in the selected language on subsequent launches.

Consistent experience across all regions

BabyGames provides the same features and privacy protections to all users regardless of geographic location. There are no region-specific data practices.

Parental guidance

3. Information We Collect (Website Only)

The following applies to visitors of this portfolio website only, and does not apply to BabyGames or any other mobile application:

Usage Data: Pages visited, time spent, referring URLs, and browser/device type — collected automatically via a self-hosted, cookie-free analytics tool (Umami). No personally identifiable information is collected.
Account Data: If you log in via Manus OAuth, we receive your name and email address solely for authentication purposes.
Cookies: Session cookies are used only to maintain your login state on this website. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Operate and improve this portfolio website.
Authenticate administrators for the backend management panel.
Analyse aggregate traffic patterns (no individual profiling).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained as long as you have an active session. Analytics data is stored in aggregate form and does not identify individual users. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at [email protected].

6. Third-Party Services

This website uses Manus OAuth for administrator authentication. Please review Manus's own Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your data. We also use a self-hosted Umami analytics instance that is privacy-respecting — it does not use cookies or collect personally identifiable information.

BabyGames does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs. It operates entirely offline on the user's device.

We implement reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including HTTPS encryption, secure session cookies, and server-side authentication. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure. BabyGames operates fully offline and therefore involves no network transmission of any kind.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10 below. For BabyGames users, as no personal data is collected, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete.
