2. BabyGames App Terms

BabyGames is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use. By downloading and using BabyGames, you agree to the following:

• The app is intended for children aged 2–5 under parental supervision.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• You will not use the app for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
• All content within BabyGames, including graphics, sounds, and game logic, is the intellectual property of the developer and is protected by copyright law.

BabyGames operates fully offline. There is no account, no login, no subscription, and no in-app purchase. All features are available immediately upon installation at no cost.

3. Use of the Website

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its servers.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content via any contact mechanism on the Site.
